Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 1 hours of receiving the order
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales
Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number, product details, and clear images (if damaged or incorrect)
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part
Replacement Policy
If a product is received damaged or incorrect, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
- A refund, if replacement is not possible
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered by us
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs must be borne by the customer
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
